Modular Blueprint Kit

A clean, low-poly modular environment kit with a blueprint grid aesthetic. 24 snap-to-grid pieces that let you build rooms, corridors, multi-level layouts, and more. All on a strict 1-meter grid.

Built in Blender, exported in FBX and glTF so it works with Godot, Unity, Unreal Engine, or any engine that reads standard 3D formats.

• Walls & ramps: square grid texture
• Floors: light square grid to differentiate from walls
• The kit uses just 2 shared textures:
  • prototype_grid_main.png - walls & ramps 
  • prototype_grid_floor.png - floors 

Color Palettes

3 complete sets included -each is a full batch of 24 pieces with matching textures:

• Blue 
• Yellow
• Green

Want a custom color? Edit or replace prototype_grid_main.png and prototype_grid_floor.png with your own textures, every piece updates automatically. No need to touch individual materials.

Grid Specifications

• Grid unit: 1 meter
• Wall height: 3m
• Floor thickness: 0.5m
• Full level height: 3.5m (wall + floor)
• Naming convention: TYPE_SIZE_VARIANT

Every piece snaps cleanly to a 1m grid,no gaps, no overlaps.
